JOB OPPORTUNITY I'm Looking for a PA for my 7 year old daughter she's got limited vocabulary and high care needs, has a revoir in place, epilepsy, autism and a few other conditions which will be discussed, needing somebody who can drive with their own vehicle to take her out for few hours per visit into the community or potentially have her at home while I'm out, we are in the countryside but 15 mins from Ipswich Whitehouse. Somebody who can do flexible hrs as it will vary mostly during the holidays but as stated it varies due to classes I have some evenings and possibly weekends every so often. It's £15 ph obviously must pass enhanced dbs check, I will arrange emergency epilepsy meds training and possibly training needed in the future as well as regularly refreshers. Ideally this person will have experience with working with disabled children with medical needs as well as sen needs.

We are looking for a caring, reliable and sociable person to join our small team supporting our 24-year-old son, who is non-verbal and has complex medical needs. Experience in gastrostomy feeding, suction, or other medical care would be an advantage, but it is not essential as full training and support will be provided. We are looking for someone who is confident working independently, while being respectful and comfortable working within a family home. Our son is very intelligent and values his independence. The role is not just about his care needs but also supporting his wellbeing and quality of life — whether that’s having a chat, watching TV together, going for a walk or simply spending time with him. We have flexible availability and would consider anyone able to offer even one day a week. I’m looking for a weekend and school holiday respite carer, or to cover adhoc hours when our regular carer is away. This is for a lovely 6 year old boy, he has no big behaviour challenges, but he is non verbal and needs someone with experience in care, communication strategies, and someone who is very active and can move fast when necessary. He does respond to boundaries that are appropriate for his age and development. He is partially sighted and all though you may not notice it at the time he needs someone who can adapt and implement strategies to support him. He uses an epi pen and has epilepsy but these are usually controlled with some careful planning and medication. The ideal person should be someone confident, understanding, energetic, patient and kind.

My son, Callum is 16 years old. He has cerebral palsy and epilepsy as his main diagnosis but has other complications associated with this condition. We offer good rates of pay for a relaxed and laid back job. Callum enjoys days at his beach hut, swimming and going to the cinema. He is a very chilled and laid back young man who likes to be pampered with hand massages and stories!

About the Role I am looking for a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to provide 1:1 support for my wonderful 7-year-old daughter. She is autistic, non-verbal and has a learning disability. She requires close supervision and support while accessing the community. Essential Requirements • Experience working with children with autism and/or additional needs. • Experience supporting children with learning disabilities. • A full UK driving licence. • Access to your own reliable vehicle. • Comfortable providing personal care. • Patient, caring, reliable and trustworthy. • Able to remain calm and confident in different situations, including supporting complex needs. • Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Desirable • Knowledge of autism and sensory needs. • Experience supporting non-verbal children. • First Aid training (desirable but not essential).
