Care Hub is a community platform connecting families who use Direct Payments with independent support workers. Communications: messages sent between users through the platform

Usage data: how you interact with the platform (pages visited, features used)

Payment data: membership payment records (payment card details are processed securely by Stripe and are not stored by Care Hub)

•Stripe: for secure payment processing
•Base44: our platform infrastructure provider, who process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement
•Regulatory or law enforcement authorities: where required by law or to protect the safety of individuals

We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or safeguarding reasons.

Messages may be retained for a period after account closure to support safeguarding investigations if required.
